Of course the problem with selling your items is that you have to make them desirable enough for your customers to want to buy them – so they can’t just be adverts. Something like a custom USB will be of genuine use to your customers so they may decide they want to buy one for practical reasons – however they still need a motivation in order to buy yours with the logo on it over another. The first tip then is that even if you do sell your custom USB, you should try to sell it at a reduced price so that you can entice them. You can sell these items at a discount as you won’t be looking to make a profit on them – but instead to simply spread them – so you can still sell them more cheaply than a computer shop etc.
Better yet however is to make your promotional merchandise likeable enough to buy, and this way you could even make a profit when you sell if people are willing to pay full price.
